Welcome to Riot IQ! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Riot IQ platform. By accessing or using Riot IQ, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Riot IQ platform.
By accessing and using the Riot IQ platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the platform.
Riot IQ is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides online intelligence testing services.
By using Riot IQ, you hereby agree to the following obligations:
Accuracy of Information: You shall provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the account registration process and shall maintain and promptly update such information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, and you agree to notify Riot IQ immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Legal Compliance: You shall use the Riot IQ platform in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, and conventions, including, without limitation, those related to data privacy, international communications, and the exportation of technical or personal data.
Prohibited Activities: You shall not use the Riot IQ platform for any unlawful purpose or in furtherance of illegal activities. You agree not to engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the platform.
To access certain features of the platform, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform without express written permission from Riot IQ.
Modify, adapt, or hack the platform or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Riot IQ.
Access the platform to build a competitive product or service.
All intellectual property rights in the Riot IQ platform and related materials are owned by Riot IQ or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform as provided in these Terms.
Riot IQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riot IQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the platform; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our platform by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the platform; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
The Riot IQ platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Riot IQ makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the platform or the information, content, materials, or products included on the platform. You expressly agree that your use of the platform is at your sole risk.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Riot IQ and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Florida.
Riot IQ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your data. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using Riot IQ, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
Riot IQ aims to provide continuous and uninterrupted service. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or delays. Riot IQ may experience downtime for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues. We will endeavor to minimize any such disruptions.
From time to time, Riot IQ may offer new features or tools on a trial or beta basis. These features are provided "as is" and "as available" and may be subject to additional terms. Riot IQ makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the beta features, and your use of such features is at your own risk.
We welcome your feedback and suggestions for improving Riot IQ. By submitting feedback, you grant Riot IQ a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate your suggestions without any obligation to compensate you.
Riot IQ may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Riot IQ shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
Riot IQ shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where the failure results from any cause beyond Riot IQ's reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without Riot IQ's prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms, without such consent, will be null and of no effect. Riot IQ may assign or transfer these Terms at its sole discretion without restriction.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Riot IQ regarding the use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. Invalid or unenforceable provisions will be modified to reflect the parties' intention as closely as possible in accordance with applicable law.
The failure of Riot IQ to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Riot IQ.
All notices, requests, consents, claims, demands, waivers, and other communications under these Terms must be in writing and addressed to research@riotiq.com.
You and Riot IQ are independent contractors, and these Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, fiduciary, or employment relationship. You do not have any authority to bind Riot IQ in any respect whatsoever.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. government as a "terrorist supporting" country and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
By incorporating these clauses, you can ensure that your Terms of Service are comprehensive and cover a wide range of potential issues and scenarios.
Data Controller and Processor
Riot IQ acts as the Data Controller for the personal data you provide while using our platform. Riot IQ may also act as a Data Processor when processing data on behalf of your business.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal data we collect, the purposes for which we process it, and your rights regarding your data.
